In some class in college I heard this new interesting term.
The term?…. Value Attribution.
It kind of made sense back then. Now though, after coaching many people through the years in their health and fitness goals, it takes on a whole new meaning.
In fact, I believe if people would take a real honest look at themselves and this principle, they would break through to new levels in their health…and other life goals too for that matter!
So here’s more on this concept and the question of what makes some rocks, just stay rocks and some get to be diamonds…
